We strive to make our customers' consumption more responsible, because our pots are self-sufficient, besides this our product allows us to increase the number of plants in the world, which counteracts climate change, which is the 13th sustainable goal. In addition, our product also belongs to the 15 sustainability goal for the same reason.
We sell indoor and outdoor plants and eco-clean pots, using reusable and recyclable products. The plants air-purifying varieties, succulents, and low-maintenance options can help. These plants help people improve their environments by being sustainable and owning plants that produce oxygen. We will also sell dehumidifiers that can take water from the air and give it to the plants so we don't use extra water to water the plants, as Dubai is very humid and it would be wasteful. The dehumidifier will be powered by solar energy to ensure sustainability so we don’t create carbon emissions. This is good for the environment.

We offer special pots with built-in dehumidifiers that extract moisture from Dubai's humid air. These dehumidifiers turn the air passing through them into liquid water. The water collected in the dehumidifiers is used as an eco-friendly system to water the plants. This closed loop system minimizes water wastage and takes advantage of the natural humidity of the air in Dubai. This promotes efficient and sustainable plant growth. Our plants help us to increase the greening of Dubai as there are few green plants in the atmosphere, which would be great as plants produce oxygen and help our every days live.

All of them have around 50-70k visits per month, so there are a lot of potential clients for this type of business, but we are completely different from these projects and unique in UAE because these projects don't really link to sustainable goals. On the other hand, we position ourselves as firstly sustainable business for people, who don't just want to buy a plant, but to get innovation with such a conservative and old product.

We will mainly be targeting environment-oriented people who like having plants around them but aren’t able to maintain them. Our product will be beneficial for people who don’t spend a lot of time at home, and households with all working members. Most money would be spent on the materials for the production, and around 25% would be spent on the advertisement to attract new customers.
Our main income source would be pot because nobody knows the real price of it, so for us, it would be around 3 dirhams and for buyers around 20-30 dirhams. So the margin is 10x. On the other hand plants would be sold with low amount of margin.

40% of the price of our modern pots are materials, those are needed for it, around 15% for assembling, 15% for employee's salaries, 20% for advertising and last 10% go as a profit.
Regular expenses
There are only two regular expenses for our company:
- Salary for staff to assemble modern pots and sell them.
- Rent price for our dark store, that we would use as warehouse, self-delivery and transplanting point.
- License cost to work in the mainland of Dubai.
There are much more irregular expenses:
- Buying raw materials, such as pots, soil, dehumidifiers, tubes.
- Paying to logistic company for delivery.
- Taxes, because they depends on the revenue and it is not stable.
- Advertisement costs might be a little bit different from month to month.

I have done approximate calculations with such parameters: 500 customers are attracted every month because of the advertisement, every 15th client returns and buys something every 4 months, every regular customer brings 2 customers per year, if a customer came to us as a result of advertisement we loose 2 dirhams, if a customer was free for us we get 35 dirhams. Tax is 9%, licensee cost is 7000 dirhams per year, one employee can serve 1000 clients per month and gets 2500 dirhams per month, and rent of warehouse costs 1500 dirhams per month. We would become profitable in 14 months and be in zero in 2 years. As an investment, we need 36k dirhams before becoming profitable. Our IRR projection is 14%. The humidity level in Dubai is very high, so there are high potential for collecting water from the air.
We would attract investors obviously from this website, but also by going to business incubators, there are many of them in Dubai because it is one of the investment capitals of the gulf or the world in general.
We can use "Careem" as a logistics company because it is located, and specialized in this area, so it would be the most efficient and have the lowest delivery costs. Also, their logistics service gives an opportunity to deliver "anything" in less than 1 hour, so it is beneficial for a customer because, for example, an Amazon consumer needs to wait a day or more.

Our promotion strategy is divided into two parts: Brand promotion and getting actual sales. The first will be achieved throw developing the profile of our company on social media, because there are thousands of free views, but they aren't mostly converting to sales. So actual deals would be achieved through context advertisement because it shows only people who actually google "buy plants in Dubai", so the conversion rate is much higher.
Positioned as a provider of not only aesthetically pleasing and sustainable plants but also as a contributor to the greening of Dubai. In Dubai, there are some stores and sites but they don't have a dehumidifier water system. Our company is unique because we have special sustainable sources to take the water and recyclable pots.
